Macomb for Kids is a campaign in support of a county-wide MISD enhancement millage that, if approved by voters, would provide critically needed revenue for the 21 school districts in Macomb County. Simply put, Michigan’s school funding system is failing our students. This is why our community is attempting to address this funding crisis through a locally-controlled enhancement millage.
We invite the community to join our efforts in helping address the many challenges facing public schools. We know you share a commitment to ensuring our schools remain the backbone of our community and the source of a talented and skilled workforce. For this reason, the Macomb for Kids Campaign is asking for your support for public education. By partnering with us through donations, volunteering your time, joining in our social media conversations and getting the word out to ensure the success of a Regional Enhancement Millage on March 10, 2020.
